Twinkling Star

To make this Twinkling Star I made a new document and a dark blue
background. Then used the Custom Shape Tool and chose the star outline 
shape. I made the star blue. 






Then I made a new layer and chose a blue for the foreground and a dark 
blue for the background. 1st star shape I used the gradient tool to make
the star go from blue to white. Then I used the Magic Wand Tool to select
the center star and used the bucket tool to fill it in with blue.






To make the Twinkling Stars I made a new layer and used the rectangular
marquee tool to create a line going down and another line going across 
it.Then made a layer set and name it "s1". Placed the star in the layer
set,and duplicated it and spread them all over the star.









Created 3 layer sets with the stars in different positions.
Created a 2nd layer set and name is "s2". Duplicated one of the stars 
from the "s1" layer set, and then move it to s2. Duplicated it in s2, and
spread them around. Repeaded it again for another layer set called s3.







Next created a layer set called "m1" and created a larger star.
Layer s2 & s3 were invisible and then started to duplicate the medium 
sized star in m1. Created 2 more layer sets called "m2" and "m3" and did 
with the smaller stars.








First frame, of the stars, made only layer sets s1,and m1 visisible.
Made a 2nd frame and have only s2 and m2 visible. 
Last, made only s3 and m3 visible for the 3rd and final frame. 

Then it was a Twinkling Star.
