To make a Beating Heart I created a New Document.
Then chose Shape tool and chose the Heart Shape.
Set out the Foreground Color to pink and drew a heart 
and put it in the middle.
Then I added some shadows,a Drop shadow, Inner shadow,
Inner glow, Gradient overlay, Outer Glow, and Satin.

Then duplicated the layer three times with the heart.
Used Free Transform tool,resized one heart to 95% of 
the original. The second heart to 90% of the original, 
and the third to 85% of the original, left the fourth
heart kept the same.

4 frames with 4 hearts having different sizes. 
Chose the second frame and  duplicated current frame.
Then dragged over the layer created at the end of the 
animation tape and did the same for the third heart. 

Had 6 frames and set them to 0.05 seconds for the first
frame, and to 0.1 seconds for the fourth. 
Then I had a Beating Heart.
