Snow Fall

First I opened a New document and made my background.
I used the brush tool to create a yellow sun and a 
snowman with a Hat.
Then I made a new layer and used the paint brush tool 
and ajusted the settings so that the brush tool would 
have a scattered effect.
Then I took the brush tool and used it all over the 
layer.
Then I made two more different layers and used the 
brush tool over those layers.
Then for each layer I made a new frame 
(including the backgound)
Then I had a Snow Fall.
